The Store is located on an island in the middle of a sea of homes so don't be fooled by the drive.   The physical address reflects the city of Phoenix now.  So to find Bargain Barn Tack listen up:  Get Yourself to 35th Avenue and Baseline Rd.  Then travel West to 39th Avenue where there is now a stoplight!  You will turn Right (heading North), and you run right into Us!
