We are happy to make exchanges or issue refunds for equipment that has not been used or damaged. Please send or bring the merchandise back to us within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

When bringing the merchandise back to the store, please be sure to have your original sales receipt.

When sending the item back to us, be sure to send by insured mail or UPS. Please include a note with your name, telephone number and a brief explanation of what you would like us to do, along with a copy of your original sales receipt.

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or Custom Orders
Videos and Computer Games
Special Order Merchandise

Saddles may be returned within 10 days of your original purchase only as long as they are in NEW CONDITION. Saddles will not be accepted if they are scratched or marked.
